'Solco' Lambrusco Trial & Ale We make this blend bySparkling Red Wine Made with not as common Lambrusco Salamino grapes, from fourth generation winemakers Alberto and Barbara Paltrinieri. Tasting Notes: Intense notes of ripe fruit, cherry and black cherry and small black berries(currant, blackberry), hints of floral aromas. Simple, immediate nose. Pleasantly delicate, with good acidity balanced with softness, great freshness and great drinkability. Slightly tannic and sweet. Paltrinieri Grapes: 100%
