Deze limite edition Deanston is gecertificeerd biologisch. Organic slaat dus zowel op de whisky als op de oloroso sherry. De eerste rijping vond plaats op bourbonvaten. Na veertien jaar werd de whisky overgestoken op oloroso sherryvaten. Deze vaten waren afkomstig van Bodegas Robles, een sherryhuis dat al zijn wijnen volledig biologisch produceert.
