NWPI New Guinea Australia 2½d Kangaroo Pane of 30 with rare missing fraction mlh PNC as seen in final pictureThis is one of Australia's rarest and most stunning kangaroo varieties. The stamps were overprinted NW Pacific Islands in blocks of 30 which was the maximum size that could be overprinted by the printer. The original Australian sheets were comprised of 120 stamps,, but were split into 4 and removed in order to be over printed.
