A mis matched set of Heer Smoke Chemical Troops Oberstleutnant shoulder boards, each constructed of cardboard reinforced Bordeaux red wool. Each board bears four bands of interwoven silver aluminum wire piping, and is pinned with a gilded rank pip. The reverse of each strap features an integrated strap.
