"Cirque" Black & White Circus Carousel Wired Veil Hat Hand-blocked hats Dress: Birds YardBlack glitter and white "circus tent" inspired moulded hat base finished with silver hand moulded filigree, with a silver wire frame decorated with silver hand moulded carousel horses. The hat is lined with satin underneath and attaches with adjustable hat elastic and a comb. It's a quirky one of a kind hat that would be amazing for Ascot and also a very unusual veil that would work well for a masquerade ball if you preferred to not wear a mask on
