Nothing is less immobile than an object: migratory objects have always existed, whether they are men, gods, ideas, languages, music, cuisines, or things. Today, when, particularly in the Mediterranean, welcoming those we call "migrants" is the order of the day, it is a question of demonizing the idea of migration and showing how migratory objects serve to constitute
