R (likely Odin Rosenvinge), printed by Turner & Dunnett, London and Liverpool and published by the Parliamentary Recruiting Committee, measures 53. 5 cm (w) x 75. 5 mm (l), with a reinforced left edge bearing four holes, plain reverse, minor creases and wear to
