They are made from 2 layers of the finest English stirrup butt which have been dipped in molten fats and oils to make them much heavier and stronger. The blade is 10 11mm thick giving a more severe and heavier feel than the 1 layered version. All layers are saddle stitched and professionally finished to the highest standards, with all edges being rounded and polished so they
