Railsback Frères 'Roman Ceremony' Sauvignon Blanc Santa Ynez, 2022 dry red pear and dried appleThis wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc. We would pair this with beer battered halibut tacos. The vine cuttings for these grapes are descendants of Sauvignon Blanc from the legendary Chteau d'Yquem, when cuttings from the French producer were brought to California in 1882. Railsback Frres were able to obtain cuttings from the California vines, and planted them in Buellton, CA, where a coastal climate allows for full phenolic ripeness, keeping the
