E prodotto con uve Nerello, Malvasia Nera e Gaglioppo. Equilibrato, con tannino morbidissimi ma vinosi che se servito fresco pu essere abbinato a piatti a base di pesce. Accompagna con soavit tutto un pasto, ma si esalta con formaggi e ricotte fresche in particolare.
