Vintage Enamel Elephant Brooch aigrette with a pear shaped peridotDATE: Vintage, c. 1980 A vintage novelty brooch pendant modelled as an elephant, with trunk in the air and mouth open wide. It dates from the 1980s, finished with beautifully textured enamel and set with white and red paste gemstones. The fittings to the back are in 18 karat gold, and include a brooch pin and pendant bail. The elephant itself is enamel and base metal.
